I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed practices built for real-world resilience. In session that looks like real conversation, not scripts, paired with concrete tools you can take into your week.
Depending on the weather, we might also do some Forest Bathing, or a fireside chat in my office. We'll meet you where you are, literally and figuratively.
