Session details

Length & scheduling

Sessions are 60 minutes and always start at :30 past the hour (e.g. 9:30am, 10:30am). This keeps my schedule synced across Headway and Grow Therapy so there's no risk of double-booking.

Confidentiality

Everything you discuss in therapy is protected by law and professional ethics. Your privacy is safeguarded at every step.
